This is a quick tip about using magazines.com to find niche's that are already proven to have a buying market - people who are willing to pay to read more!

And it's just so easy to find the niches here.. a few mouse clicks..

1) Go to www.magazines.com
(You might like to take note of the Top 10 titles on the front page)

And to find your niche, you need a category to narrow down:
For instance, if we want to find niche "hobbies"...

2) On left-hand-side choose "Search by Category" then choose "Hobbies"

To determine if a topic is in high demand:
- if the magazine category is listed in the "Top Titles", then it's a best seller
- if there's more than 1 mag on the topic, then it's hot
- if the mag have more than 1 subscription term, then its probably a large audience with enough subscribers to offer a range of packages

And we're done!
