Compare RSS Content Generators..
I've been comparing the best Non-free RSS Content Generators so that I can work out which one to keep :)
Some of them have free versions but I run multiple websites from multiple-servers, so this is a breakdown comparison of their paid versions, in particular for those that have more than 10 websites. These are the 4 best that I found online (after months of searching) but if I've missed one that you think kicks-butt over these ones, please post! :)
RSS Content Builder
Power RSS
EzRSSFeeds
Carp Evolution
I've put it on a separate page as to compare all their features.. check it out and then post your recommendation here if you like..

Places to Submit your Blog
BlogAnnouncerPro is a great bit of software that will let you setup your profile, and then visit each of the Blog & RSS directories to submit easily. It doesn't get barred by the sites because it "views" each site as if you were browsing them yourself rather than through autoping software (which they are doing everything they can do ban).
It has the best directories and you get lifetime updates.
Or, you can manually add yourself for free to these sites in the meantime:
