Here's a neat site to buy & sell links to your homepage. Remembering that all you need to get indexed into Google within 24 hours is to get a link from an authority site, Text Link Ads.com will allow you to purchase a link to your website from a quality website and instantly get indexed by the top search engines.
Not only that, but it's a great way to get extra money from your existing website by selling links from your quality site. Find affiliate programs for your Niche website by doing a search on the following sites:

With Clickbank, you can also use a tool called Affiliates Alert.
It searches through the Clickbank database and returns the affiliate programs related to your keyword, it also lets you know when new ones enter the market.
You have to have a paid version of the tool to access the clickbank link, but it does allow you to visit the website - so you can visit the website and get the clickbank code, or now that you know what category it's in, you can head over to the clickbank marketplace and browse the category so you don't have to pay for the program (although it's a time-saving tool if you do).

Tonight I found a website that really over-delivers, I'm so happy right now!
Some people are confident enough in their own writing ability to go ahead and write their own content articles. 3 Clicks for finding HOT NICHES in the next minute! :)
.. and it won't even cost you a cent!
This is a quick tip about using magazines.com to find niche's that are already proven to have a buying market - people who are willing to pay to read more!
And it's just so easy to find the niches here.. a few mouse clicks..
1) Go to www.magazines.com
(You might like to take note of the Top 10 titles on the front page)
And to find your niche, you need a category to narrow down:
For instance, if we want to find niche "hobbies"...
2) On left-hand-side choose "Search by Category" then choose "Hobbies"
To determine if a topic is in high demand:
- if the magazine category is listed in the "Top Titles", then it's a best seller
- if there's more than 1 mag on the topic, then it's hot
- if the mag have more than 1 subscription term, then its probably a large audience with enough subscribers to offer a range of packages
And we're done!
