Type in "for Dummies" and sort by best-sellers to find a good market.
Type the keywords from your niche into Google - are many advertisers paying money for that keyword? Great.

Top 10 Websites on Google, MSN, etc with your niche keyword.
Contact them and offer them 50% profits to put a pop-up code on their site to sell the free teleseminar.

The product you are pitching them and the teleseminar, should both focus on the most pressing question.

Recording a Teleseminar:
Quality of recording doesn't matter - quality of content does matter.
Let signups know how long the call is going to be.
